Recently, Jared Davidson from DS Plumbing in Ottawa, sent me a video they made of Tuxie – The cat that runs their office. I just had to share! (I had him send me a little write-up about their business) I just love the creativity of pet-loving people!
At DS Plumbing, we like to say that we're the "pet friendly plumber". It sometimes gets us some odd looks ("what does plumbing have to do with cats?" some might ask), but it seems to be connecting with people. Actually, we're probably better known for our pets than our plumbing at this point. Around Ottawa, we're constantly referred to as "the plumber with the cats". People seem to like it, though!
The pet-friendly style of the company is really a result of the passions of the two owners: Dave and Wendy Smythe. It's their love of their own pets, and their commitment to community pet initiatives, such as local rescues and awareness drives, that give DS Plumbing its warm and fuzzy core.
